Arrivals & Timing

Please arrive on time so we can give you the full experience!
If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Life happens — we totally get it!
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service amount.

💅 Service Satisfaction & Fix Policy

We want you to love your nails!
If a nail chips or breaks within 2 weeks and it’s due to our work, we’ll gladly fix it for free.
If the damage is caused by client mishandling (like hitting, biting, or lifting from external force), a small repair fee will apply.
Refunds aren’t offered once a service is completed.

💵 Deposits & Payments

Some services may require a non-refundable deposit when booking — this goes toward your final total.
We accept cash, cards, and digital payments (like Apple Pay or Zelle).

👩‍⚕️ Health & Safety

Your health always comes first.
We can’t perform services on infected nails, open cuts, or broken skin — please wait until it’s fully healed.
All tools are sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave, and anything disposable is used once only.

📸 Photos & Social Media

We sometimes take photos of our work for our page!
If you’d rather not be included, just let your nail artist know — no problem at all.
