  • Come with clean hands and nails. Please remove old polish (unless you booked removal), wash hands thoroughly, and avoid using lotions or oils right before your appointment — especially for BIAB services.

  • Know your service. Double-check your booking to ensure you’ve selected the right service and nail art level. This helps us reserve the correct amount of time for your design.

  • Health matters. If you have any cuts, infections, or skin sensitivities, please let us know before your appointment so we can adjust your service safely.

  • Nail inspiration. Feel free to bring a photo or idea for your desired style — our artists love creating customized designs that suit your taste.

  • Cancellations & reschedules. Changes within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a fee in accordance with our policy.

• Avoid soaking nails in hot water for 24 hours after your appointment.

• If lifting or damage occurs, don’t attempt self-removal — book a professional removal.
